This position is a very physical one. You MUST be in very good physical condition.Washing and waxing all different types of RVs is definitely a craft. If you have no background, on the job training is provided. You must be a quick study/smart. I pay more than any other company in this industry. I insist on the highest skill level from my staff!! Grown ups only! You must have a vehicle, be punctual, after ONE NO SHOW you'll be dismissed, must have good customer skills (your tips depend on it), must be greedy, my clientele pays well.
