Summary/Objective Caretaker is currently seeking a Field Superintendent to join the Maintenance Department who will be responsible for managing all field operations within the maintenance division. Coordinates the procurement and schedule use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. Promotes the development of field staff and assists them in carrying out their responsibilities as needed. Coordinates use of resources within other divisions and lends support to operations activities for the entire division. Essential Functions • Manages and schedules labor, equipment, and material to accomplish production schedules within established budgets. Maintains strict adherence to established schedules and budgets. • Understand contract specifications and ensures they are met and maintains customers complete satisfaction. • Provide punch list, maps, and work orders to field staff at the beginning of the day and provide instruction to ensure crew leader and crew are prepared for daily work schedule. • Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines. Conducts weekly safety training and safety inspections on jobsites. • Investigates any accident or safety violation, prepares appropriate reports, takes action steps to correct and prevent future occurrences. • Maintains proper inventory and orders materials, equipment and supplies as needed within purchasing limits to complete daily production activities. • Manages timecards, hiring, firing, training, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff to reach desired results. • Coordinate between Tree, Enhancement and irrigation divisions, scheduling of work and signing off on completed work between divisions. • Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. • Maintain day-to-day working knowledge of all contracts including field completion status on all accounts which includes visiting job sites on a regular basis, observing organization of work, identifying, and resolving taking issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure quality. • Meet/walk with board members, clients and account managers to review and meet client’s expectations. • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report to drive company vehicle • Working in the high Arizona desert heat where temperatures could get as high as 120 degrees • Other duties assigned by management Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K Benefits Paid Vacation Paid Holidays This employer participates in E-Verify.
