Join us for a quick-hit of encouragement, collaboration and topic based learning with leaders in your area. Here’s a quick overview of the Leaders’ Roundtable and why we now have two: Six times each year StrongLead and Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation host a Leaders' Roundtable. These events bring together leaders in our area for 90-minutes of topic-based learning, a quick-hit of encouragement, and the opportunity to connect with others. The success of these events in the past has led us to create a Leaders' Roundtable in Caldwell County, in addition to one in Catawba County. The two separate meetings will be based on the same content but will allow us to invest in a larger number of leaders in our area. This also allows you to choose a date and location that works best for you! You are welcome to attend either roundtable event. January Topic: The Obstacle Is the Way If you’re attempting to do anything at all, you will encounter obstacles. No matter how strong a leader you are, circumstances, other people, and/or your own weaknesses will block your progress and stand in your way. In this month’s Leaders Roundtable, we’ll share why leaders love obstacles, how to think about obstacles, and what to do about obstacles. Space is limited to 20 people.
