Join us for SPLASH 2022, a gala and fashion show to bring hope and wellness to the uninsured in South Carolina! SPLASH 2022 is Welvista’s first charity gala and fashion fundraiser being held on Thursday, March 24th from 6 – 10 pm at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC. All proceeds from the evening will benefit Welvista’s medication assistance and pediatric dentistry programs. SPLASH will feature a runway fashion show with designs by Tara Grinna, an incredible selection of food and beverages, live music, and a wonderful array of items and experiences up for grabs in silent and live auctions. Welvista is a nonprofit that helps uninsured and underserved South Carolinians gain access to essential health services, all while reducing the long-term healthcare costs that can result from untreated conditions. Our medication assistance program provides free lifesaving prescriptions for uninsured adults suffering from chronic illness while our school-based pediatric dental program provides routine care for impoverished children in South Carolina. In 2020, Welvista provided 23,414 patients with more than 288,730 lifesaving prescription medications and 3,957 students with restorative and preventative services.
