Rocky is a 3 year old Shiba Inu X Corgi mix who weighs 27 lbs. He was rescued from the meat trucks in Korea. In reality, he's probably more of a mystery mutt than any one breed, but he's a gorgeous one! This boy is easygoing and sweet. He is good with dogs, cats, kids, and is housetrained. What would Rocky's perfect home look like? A patient adult who may be athletic and a gentle leader. We think he'd enjoy getting out and being outdoors with his person, so if someone liked to hike or bike or run, then he'd be right there with them. Rocky lived in a foster home for two weeks with big and small dogs. He did wonderfully with them. They live in the country and he thrived. He learned how to use a doggy door. He lived with cats and was fine with them. He's a total lover boy and just adjusted to everything very easily. Now, in the city with lots of unusual noises and such may take a few more days but out in the rural areas where his first foster lived he strutted right in and adjusted! Rocky is only an option for a home with prior dog experience of some kind. If there are children in the home, they need to be over the age of 8.
