This class will explain the fundamentals of studio lighting and how you can easily integrate it into your photography work. This class is for the individual who is looking to expand their knowlege of photography by learning to use studio strobes. Studio strobes and flashes can seem intimidating. This class will break down studio lighting into simple terms and demonstrate the different ways to control light with various light modifiers. Participants should bring their dSLR cameras as we will use them in Manual Mode for hands-on learning. Philip Garcia is the owner of Good Hurt Studios, a fine art portrait studio in Greer, SC. With 35 years experience, Philip enjoys creating unique portraits, still life images and landscapes to express himself creatively.
