Participants will learn from an expert barista to begin the journey of mastering coffee preparation. But what about the coffee grounds that normally go to waste? We’ve got you covered. Following the brew class, join us as we teach you how to give new life to your coffee grounds and turn them into exfoliating skincare products! Sample Intelligentsia x Imperfect Foods coffee collab and also bring home your own container of DIY coffee ground body scrub. Workshop being led by: Justin Lacher | Intelligentsia Coffee*** Help Imperfect Foods save 1,000 pounds of food from going to waste in LA in just a week! We’re partnering with our favorite local eateries to create limited-edition menu items made with Imperfect ingredients. Each dish fights food waste and helps build a better food system. Food Waste Week will support the crucial work that Hollywood Food Coalition is doing to provide the community with food and support.
