Join Imperfect Foods and Hollywood Food Coalition for an evening of learning about food apartheid and how local LA organizations are helping provide better food access to the community. We’re partnering with our favorite local eateries to create limited-edition menu items made with Imperfect ingredients. Each dish fights food waste and helps build a better food system. Food Waste Week will support the crucial work that Hollywood Food Coalition is doing to provide the community with food and support. During Food Waste Week, Imperfect Foods will be donating $5 for every dish sold + all event proceeds. Help Imperfect Foods save 1,000 pounds of food from going to waste in LA in just a week!
