Paid Time Off: We not only offer sick time as per the law but we offer PTO to use anytime for sick time, vacations, personal days, etc. We at Home Helpers believe that you earned that time off and should use it however you feel. You are a professional and need personal time as with any professional. 50% Paid Dental & Vision: We offer plans to you so that you pay less out of pocket expenses for services we all need Retirement: We believe you should be in charge of your retirement. At Home Helpers we are happy to offer you retirement options. Whether you are starting a new one, add another account, or switch your retirement fully to our plan, it's your choice. Competitive Pay: We offer great base pay depending on experience and with certain clients we offer incentive pay for all the hard work you do if applicable. Pay Stipends: Some clients require more then others and we offer a higher pay for those clients. Same Day Pay: We are partnered with a company "Tap Check" to allow caregivers we need the help to get paid same day when needed. On the Job Training & On-Going Training: Every client is different as we all know. When our lead caregivers introduce you to your new client they will even train you for that specific client & their unique situation. Nurse Delegation & Nurse Delegation Diabetes: Most companies will require you to become nurse delegated with Home Helpers we will pay for you to become Nurse Delegated & Nurse Delegated Diabetes!
