STAMFORD, CT — Stamford police are looking for a man they say stole about $1,500 from a West Side apartment in the early morning hours of Dec. 18. Sgt. Sean Scanlan of the Stamford Police Department said a man entered the Corbo Terrace apartment building through an open window around 3:30 a.m. Saturday, and took about $1,500 from a wallet inside a residence. Scanlan said the man, who was captured on home surveillance video, didn't confront anyone in the home. CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Stamford burglar took about $1,500 while the family slept.
