Appointments are limited, and preregistration is required:  When:                   Wednesday, December 22, 2021 Time:                     10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, By Appointment Only Where:                 Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St. – 2nd Floor Vaccine:               Moderna Only Age Range:         18 Years Old and Older Things to bring with you" Insurance card so that Letourneau's can bill your insurance; no one will be denied a vaccine due to lack of insurance.
