Rockville Shooting Leaves One Man Dead, Two Injured: Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — A man died after being shot in the upper body in Rockville early Sunday morning, Montgomery County Police said. Cops say they responded to calls of a shooting in the 13000 block of Ashby Road in Rockville around 3 a.m. Sunday and found three men with gunshot injuries. All three men were taken to the hospital — the man with the upper body wounds died there, and the other two men had non-life-threatening wounds. Police said this is an ongoing investigation and the name of the victim will be released after his family is notified. Cops are asking anyone with information to call the Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5070.
