Here are the top four stories in New Orleans today: Two men were injured in a shooting in the Lower 9th Ward on Monday, according to NOPD. Both men were taken to the hospital and there is no description available for the shooter at this time. (NOLA.com) A fatal truck crash on Tulane Avenue occurred around 1:30 am on Monday. The victim somehow lost control and hit a pole, resulting in the loss of his life. Anyone with information is asked to contact NOPD. (FOX 8 Live WVUE) After two years of negotiations, the New Orleans Saints and lawmakers found a compromise. The Saints will remain in New Orleans long past the governor's term and lower payments to cover Superdome renovations. (New Orleans CityBusiness) Over 20 cars were broken into in a New Orleans East parking lot, NOPD has the burglary incident under investigation.
