SAN RAFAEL, CA — Tree work on behalf of PG&E at multiple locations started Monday, triggering road closures in parts of San Rafael, city officials said. The tree work started Monday and is expected to conclude Wednesday, city officials said. Temporary traffic controls will be in place at each location, city officials said.
