Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/19/2021 5:00 AM 12-18-21 2021-3578, In-State Warrant: on 12/18/21 at 5:28 a.m., deputies made contact with an individual in the area of Briarcliff Road and Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township. After investigation, Hector Osorio, a 38-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Lincoln Avenue in Aurora, was taken into custody for a Kendall County failure to appear traffic warrant with bond set at $2,000, 10 percent to apply. Osorio was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3579, In-State Warrant: On 12/18/21 at 8:51 a.m., deputies made contact with an individual in the area of 275 Route 31 in Oswego Township. After investigation, Jose Gallegos, a 21-year-old male from the 1000 block of West Galena Street in Aurora, was taken into custody on four in-state warrants: Kendall County failure to appear traffic warrant with bond set at $2,000/10%, Kane County failure to appear traffic warrant with bond set at $3,000/10%, Will County failure to appear traffic warrant with bond set at $5,000/10%, and Batavia Police failure to appear traffic warrant with bond set at $4,000/10%. Gallegos was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3581, Burglary to Motor Vehicle: On 12/18/21 at 1:34 p.m., deputies responded to the 12000 block of Hollenback Road in Big Grove Township for a report of a burglary to motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3584, Child Endangerment: On 12/18/21 at 10:42 p.m., deputies responded to the 1300 block of Light Rd. for a report of child endangerment. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3586, In-State Warrant: On 12/19/21 at 12:18 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Illinois Route 31 and Mill Road in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Etoya M. Patterson Pleas, a 24-year-old female from the 6100 block of S. Throop Street in Chicago, who was wanted on a Chicago Police Department failure to appear warrant for domestic battery. Bond on the warrant was set at $10,000/10%. Patterson Pleas was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
