Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/20/2021 5:00 AM 12/19/21 2021-3588, DUI: On 12/19/21 at 4:20 a.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle crash at the intersection of Illinois Route 25 and Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township.  After investigation, the driver of the vehicle, identified as Fernando E. Olayo-Rangel, a 39-year-old male from the 1800 block of Grandview Place in Montgomery, was arrested for DUI.  He was additionally cited for operating a vehicle without insurance and improper lane usage.  He was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  2021-3588, DUI: 2021-3589, Driving without a Valid License: On 12/29/21 at 11:22 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Illinois Route 47 and Caton Farm Road. After investigation, Clinton E. Ellis, a 51-year-old male from the 300 block of Lime Street in Joliet, was cited for driving without a license and was released on his recognizance. 2021-3590, Criminal Damage to Property: On 12/19/21 at 2:19 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Spring Garden Drive in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3597, Trespass to Residence: On 12/19/21 at 11:19 p.m., deputies responded to the 12200 block of Hill Rd. in Big Grove Township for a report of trespass to residence.  The investigation is ongoing.
