MALVERN BOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — The Malvern Borough Council is meeting Tuesday night for a regular meeting, and they will vote on the 2022 budget at Tuesday's meeting. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Malvern Borough Hall, 2nd Floor, 1 E. First Ave. in Malvern. Residents can attend the meeting virtually or via phone as well. Use this link to attend via Zoom.
