Need small rooms

I have a 30x60ft warehouse type of space, and within this space I want to put up temporary drywall walls to form two small rooms - starting with just the "cut room" at first, which will be a small space to cut metal in so that dust is contained. After that, I will be pursuing the building of a temporary office. This first room within the warehouse will be about 8x14ft, and two of the four walls are already there (existing building walls). For now, I just want to get a quote to build this "cut room" - the room will be in a corner, so the building will act as two of the four walls. Therefore I need two walls put up (with ceiling), with low-cost windows put in on both walls. These low cost windows can be glass or plexi glass (I want to discuss price differences). As shown in the attached rough sketches, one of the walls will be about 14ft long and the other will be about 8ft long, but these lengths are slightly flexible based on what makes the construction easiest. No power or plumbing install is required. I just need walled-off room to contain dust, with windows to see through. I am looking for this to be a cost-efficient job as it relates to material selection. This is a room within a garage type of space, so appearance is not very important. The main focus enclosure.
