BRISTOL, PA — A man has been charged in the stabbing death of another man in Bristol Township, which occurred on Saturday, Dec.18.
David Joseph Jenner, 38, was charged with homicide and other related charges after admitting to stabbing Charlie R. Thomas Jr., 43, who later died of his injuries.
The incident occurred on the 600 block of Veterans Highway. According to police, Jenner got in an argument with Thomas in the house they were both living in. During the argument, Jenner allegedly stabbed Thomas numerous times. After the initial attack, Jenner walked to the front porch of the house and left the kitchen knife he used in the attack on the ground.
Bristol Township police arrived at 11:05 p.m. They found Jenner sitting outside the house. When asked, Jenner admitted to the whole ordeal, pointing out the knife to police officers. The knife, like Jenner himself, was covered in blood; Jenner said the knife would be "evidence".

Thomas' mother was also harmed in the attack. She sustained a stab wound to her arm while attempting to stop the attack. She was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital and is expected to survive.
Magisterial District Judge Lisa J. Gaier arraigned Jenner on Sunday, Dec. 19, denying him bail and sending him to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Along with a charge of homicide, he was also charged with aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, and recklessly endangering another person. The case is assigned for prosecution to David A. Keightly Jr.
