In search of a small dog

I am not intrested in a chihuahua. I am searching for a small dog. 25lbs or less. Has to be friendly with another dog, great with kids, and housebroken. Preferably not a puppy. I would love to give a dog a great forever loving home. I am a stay at home mom of 3 children and my other dog who is a miniature schnauzer could use a friend. This dog would be spoiled and apart of our family. Thank you kindly!
