STILLWATER, MN — The Minnesota Department of Public Safety recently reopened its Driver and Vehicle Services exam station in Stillwater after shutting it down at the start of the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020. The Stillwater exam station, 1520 W. Frontage Road, is once again scheduling appointments for knowledge and road-skills tests, according to the Minnesota DPS website.
