let's start a class action lawsuit against Verizon Wireless!

Looking for people to join me in a class action lawsuit against Verizon Wireless for a complete and total lack of customer service. As many people have noted, there is no way to talk to a person when you call on the phone, there is no way to call a store. The only thing you can do is drive to the store and then make an appointment for another day when you have to drive back. I believe this is extremely poor customer service, and Verizon should be punished. I am not interested in millions of dollars for myself, but I am interested in winning a lawsuit for enough money that every large corporation in the world will take notice and change their way of doing things.
