Ortega will hold his "State of Scottsdale" address from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, 7380 E. Second St. The event is free to the public. Light refreshments will be provided. Register online to attend by 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14. "I know that Scottsdale is at its best when the citizens are heard, when development is done responsibly, and when families and businesses can thrive," said Mayor David D. Ortega. "The State of the City is my opportunity to talk about that vision, our current successes, and our upcoming challenges.
