Up to $19.60/hr + mileage! Child care and school transportation NEEDED

I am in desperate need of someone very reliable and punctual (ideally from the Champlin area) to transport my vaccinated son to and from school the following days in general and to provide daycare after school in my home or out in the community doing fun activities. The ideal schedule would be as follows: Weds 2-6 pm Thurs 7-8 am 2-6 pm Fri 7-8 am 2-6 pm The benefits: Up to $19.60/hour DOQ + mileage reimbursement Retention bonus of $600 after your first 600 hours worked (extra $1/hour) with possible future retention bonuses. Must pass a background check, have a current relatively clean driving history, an insured reliable vehicle and be paid on a W-2. I really need the afternoons covered most of all. Mornings would be nice but not critical. The length of time in the afternoon could also be shorter if it doesn't work for the person's schedule. I am flexible.
