Rehoming Oakley the Hound

I am needing to re-home Oakley. He is an 8 year old Tree Walker Coonhound who is truly an amazing and sweet boy. Oakley is house broken and has training for basic commands. At age 8 he is still capable of much: running on walks, jumping on the bed or furniture, moving, and mobility all around. The one health issue is he has cataracts and has trouble seeing small things. He is not blind so he can still see shapes of objects or even sliding glass doors. Unfortunately I am unable to care for him and I am looking for a really good home for him. He does well with another dogs but I have not experienced him with cats. He truly is a love bug and the things he loves most are feeding time and affection. He will make a great companion for a first time owner or a family.
