Hello All, I am looking to start up another band to write songs with and start performing around town. I have over 18 years of experience playing live and booking shows, having some success regionally back in college. I have steadily produced and engineered music since, as well as continued writing. My interest and styles vary as i was somewhat raised by the radio, so i am not particularly tied to one genre as a band we can see how we mesh. the best music often is written in the moment jamming, at least for my experience. I would be the lead vocalist/rhthym guitar mixed with some leads and keyboards. I would love to have a group of individuals that vibe out to the same music, are serious in their art and have professional gear. I am a 33 year old male just for those of you who are curious. I have a place to record and practice in downtown. I would love to set a pretty solid weekly meet schedule where we can really start diving into this. With all of the music today drifting further from solid music it seems, I want to take a shot of making a fun LA band again. I want to start jamming and auditioning people soon so please hit me up and let me know what you play, send me an example of your work, and put the first album(cd, tape, vinyl, 8trak, etc.) you first purchased with your own money in the subject line.
