I'm turning over a small apartment and my carpenter disappeared. Need someone right away. There are a few tools on site but you'll need to bring a lot of your own. Here is the punch list: -closet door needs to be cased -sliding closet door needs to be hung (will need an impact driver to screw into concrete -- but I can provide bits) -closet door needs trim installed (will need compressor and nail gun) -bedroom door needs trim installed -bedroom door needs cassette and knob installed -bathtub surround needs to be caulked -need 8-foot piece of plastic trim installed in bathroom -multiple doors need to be painted (I have brushes, rollers and nap) -kitchen shelf needs to be installed (I have L brackets) -one wall and some trim needs to be painted -a few spots need touch up paint If you are interested, send me a message.
