Unfortunately the OP is ill informed. Them population of Ca has green every year since the late 40's. This is why Ca is the 6th largest economy in the world.
Yes, many people,e are choosing to leave Ca. Many are moving to Texas. (Texas was barely a red state a few years ago, it will be a democratic majority soon). As Californians move to Texas, people from the northeast are still flocking to Ca.
The population of Ca is growing by several hundred residents per month.
I wish thew OP was correct. A shrinking population in Ca would be awesome. L:ess people. Less congestion. Less traffic. Lower housing prices.
