Hello I am offering guitar lessons for all ages, styles and levels. Learn from scratch or improve your playing. Lessons are personalized, trying to find what works best for you and your needs. Sight reading, theory, harmony, ear-training, picking techniques, finger-style, rhythm, Improvisation, Concepts. Solos, transcribing. Any style, Jazz (bebop, swing, modal, fusion, modern, odd meters), Latin (festejo, lando, tango, samba, bossa nova, salsa, bolero) and Classical guitar (Carulli, Giuliani, Sor, Bach, Modern composers). Also other styles: rock, folk, blues, funk, among others.(how to create solos, technique, tapping, bendings, theory, rhythm, 12/8, 6/8, 9/8, 7/4, 5/4) I have lots of material to provide for your learning. I teach at your place $50-65 depending on the distance, at my place in Somerville (Union sq) $45 lesson or online $40. I also teach in Spanish. I drive around Somerville, Medford, Boston, Jamaica Plain, Cambridge, Arlington, Sudbury, Wayland, Weston, Charlestown, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Watertown, Lexington, Hopkinton, Framingham, Natick, among others I am professional guitarist original from Peru with more than 20 years of teaching and performing experience. I hold a master's Degree in Music. My styles are Jazz, Latin and Classical Guitar but I have performed different styles as well.
