Telecom Tower Climber Technician: You come with 1-2 years of experience of similar Tower Technician experience or training. Military experience welcome. Telecom Tower Top Hand: 2-3 years of experience as a Tower Technician. Will be managing a team. Proven experience climbing telecom towers to perform tasks such as troubleshooting, cellular radio/antenna swaps and legacy cable upgrades. Telecom Tower Crew Foreman: 3-5+ years of experience. You bring significant tower technology experience in supervising teams and mentoring/coaching the team.
