Quin Global is a global manufacturer of adhesive and tool systems. With our customers’ needs in mind, we manufacture and distribute our innovative products and formulations from three strategic locations across the globe – Perth, UK; Omaha, USA & Canberra, Australia. Our products are sold globally through a network of almost 100 national and independent distributors.
Specific duties are outlined below (and must be carried out in accordance and compliance with procedures and standards set forth by Quin Global and other regulatory bodies):
Tasks:
Empty and clean returned canisters to maintain a clean and efficient work setting.
Clean floor weekly in accordance with the sanitary schedule.
Apply silicone, anti-stick coating nightly or when practical – following specific guidelines
Daily/weekly/monthly maintenance; lube pumps, run cleaner through lines, change out hoses, replace pins, etc.
Run filling lines – separate manual for large and intermediate/jumbo lines
Take ship-ready items to designated personnel, having marked (from the work order) what their sales order # should be.
Assist in doing perpetual inventory with managers
Give honest, quality feedback
Make batches of adhesive as directed and following specific instructions
Test the viscosity of the adhesive after the adhesive batch is made – must follow QA guidelines for each batch
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Compensation will be based on experience. We offer a great medical plan - company-paid.
