Sweet 9 month old kitten in need of a home!

We have to re-home our sweety. He is a 9 months old orange tabby. We adopted him from our neighbor who passed away unexpectedly. We are unsure if he is up to date on shots, but we know he is not yet fixed. We did not expect to have to rehome him, but due to personal reasons within our family, we have to abruptly find him a new loving home. This is the most amazing cat we’ve ever met and our family is devastated. So to ensure he is placed in a caring home we are asking a re-homing fee of $75. This will include everything we bought for him. -cat food, water/food dish, food/water mat, litter box, litter, toys, scratching post, cat home etc..
