Location: Raleigh Hours: Sunday-Thursday starting at 7pm (FRIDAY and SATURDAY OFF) 10-20 hours per week Get paid as you earn using EarnIn**; a mobile app that gives people access to their money as they earn it – without waiting for payday.* As a Lead Service Valet, you will be responsible for assisting District Manager and PT Service Valets with nightly door to door collection of trash and recycling items within assigned apartment communities. Responsibilities: -Deliver on our “every door every night” business expectation and set the standard in delighting our residents -Assist District Manager with training Service Valets. -Assist the District Manager with coordinating work schedules, evaluating job performance and motivating Service Valets -Spot check Service Valets, focusing on safety, quality control and productivity. -Collect same night missed trash, walk/track problem properties. Communicate with District Manager concerning delays, unsafe sites, accidents, and other maintenance problems. -Provide waste and recycling collection coverage for understaffed properties within an assigned district. Document and report all property and resident non-compliance. -Provide oversight of the nightly collection process during DM days off. -Assist with evening recruiting efforts by asking for referrals and passing out flyers. -Provide candidates with a realistic job preview from the Service Valet perspective. -Assist with presentations during team meetings. -Provide leadership for the Service Valets in the areas of safety and training To qualify, you must have: -An open bed pickup truck or trailer required for most locations -A valid and current driver's license -Current auto insurance in your name for your vehicle -A smart phone to access our mobile app -Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs -Ability to walk up and down 2+ flights of stairs throughout the shift If interested in learning more about this opportunity, please click the following link
