We are currently looking to hire property inspectors on a part time basis with flexible hours. As an Inspector you will conduct property inspections and responsibilities will include observation of conditions and hazards, taking digital photographs of homes, rekey locks, post notices and possible door knocking and obtaining occupant info for occupied properties. This is a position that offers flexible daytime hours and gives you the ability to be outdoors while supplementing your income. What you will need: • Smartphone and computer • Internet access • Driver’s license • Reliable vehicle Preferred prior experience and skills: • Customer service • Ability to work independently and complete inspections on time • Strong communication skills and attention to detail Some construction or handyperson experience a plus We look forward to hearing from you.
