We are looking for qualified candidate to float between two properties located in Hyde Park and Mariemont, OH. Responsibilities Include: Work Orders daily Prepare vacant units ready for move ins Report to property manager Maintain maintenance shop Maintain the property grounds Skills: HVAC certified a plus Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills Experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance Knowledge and ability to perform turnover process This property comes with a free apartment! **Background Check Required** This position requires a "whatever-it-takes" attitude. A candidate must have the desire to do a job right the first time and do it in a timely manner. A "sense of urgency" to complete tasks is required. When on the job, this position must feel comfortable asking for help and letting someone know if you don't understand something or you don't know how to do something. Schedule is 8:00 am - 4:30 (hours somewhat flexible) M-F and on call hours. Overtime will be available! Competitive Salary plus Full Benefits, PTO, 401(k) with company match and other great perks!
