Fish Tank with Fancy Bettas

I have 2 Different Pattern Male Betta Fish. One is a Galaxy Koi Blue, Black, Red and White Plakett Male and the other is a Blue Marble King Betta They both are in a BRAND NEW 5 Gallon Split (With a Black Divider) fish Tank they each have 2.5 Gallons and decor. It also has a Filter and a Light. I have had this Tank 2 months I bought it to hold both. I moved into a apartment and as dumb as it sounds I’ll be glad to show people the section of my lease were it says you cannot have any more than 10 gallons of water in a Tank in the apartment Unfortunately I have a 20 Gallon Tank with Axolotls that luckily I only have to fill half way for them to be happy because they don’t swim around. He the landlord approved that oneTank but he said I cannot have another tank. So I have to rehome my fish. I’m asking $50 for the New tank with all supplies, Food and both bettas. These specific pattern betta are $19.99 each at petco and the Tank was $60 at Petsmart in Syracuse. Enough fish food for a LONG TIME.
