Local business based in Taylor seeking a motivated machine operator. We are a small but mighty team that manufactures outdoor furniture covers. Job duties: Operate and maintain digital fabric cutting machine and peripheral hardware, including pattern program Load fabric rolls onto machine Remove cut pieces from machine in an efficient and accurate manner Cleaning and prepping of manufacturing area Tracking and managing raw material inventory Attach grommets to finished goods Other job duties as assigned Skills for success: Familiar with fabric manufacturing Experience with Eastman digital cutter Knowledge and experience with grommet machines Garment manufacturing and warehousing experience Required skills and abilities: Can do attitude High school degree Able to lift 75 pounds Able to stand for a few hours at a time Must be dependable Must be able to communicate effectively Must be able to take direction and instructions well Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
