Mold in our new house-what to look for

Hello all, not trying to complain here. We bought a house and had a local contractor inspect it(was previous owners pick) Not sure if contractors are supposed to look under built in tubs? Opened ours up to take out the gross bubbler, red stuff caked inside the whole machine 🤢 only to see a huge spot of black mold under the tub! Wasn’t hard to find! Just unscrew the tub side and it’s there 🙄 Is that not something contractors look for? Pls if you are buying a home, look under the tub! We paid full price for this place! Had to fight hubs NOT to clean it himself. I made a huge fit for it to be handled correctly for cats and my health at very least…turns out it’s a RARE BLACK MOLD? Had no idea there was something more to worry about, other then regular black mold. Haven’t gotten a quote yet to fix this…glad we didn’t take up previous owners on visiting his other houses in pretty places…gotta save money for all this, thanks to his rich flippin houses ass. I will also get mold tested thanks to the test results coming in, can’t wait to see my doctors reaction 🤪
