JOB SUMMARY – JOB SUPERVISOR Kristynik Hardwood Flooring is a leader in providing custom hardwood flooring and restoration services to Builders and Homeowner across the growing Austin area. We are looking to enhance our team with a highly motivated Job Supervisor. Street Address: 103 Farley Drive, Austin, Texas 78753 RESPONSIBILITIES This position requires someone who can manage all aspects of flooring installation and restoration projects to ensure efficient project timeline, installer accuracy and client satisfaction. • Act as key point of contact with builder, superintendents, homeowners, designers and via email, phone, and in person; daily and throughout the project. • Supervise crews on multiple jobsites to ensure quality work standards. • Ensure completion of installation jobs according to builder install schedule. • Ensure layout, materials and quantity accuracy. • Work with the operations manager to ensure accurate delivery dates of materials. • Ensure job sites adhere to safety standards. • Accurately measure square footage. • Assist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction. • Perform pre- and post-installation inspections. • Act as a courier for miscellaneous job-related materials and to shop for supplies. • Authorize subcontractor payments for work completed. • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. • Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful.
