Seeking Lead Guitar and Backing Vox

Sam Z is a 4 piece band with drums, guitar, keys, and bass. We are hoping to add a lead guitar to the mix. Someone who knows how to shine but also how to complement the rest of the band. We have a great studio for practice and recording. We rehearse religiously on Saturdays but occasionally Sundays. We're all mid-30's, dedicated musicians with other jobs. We hope to find ANYONE with good skills, creativity, a good ear, and a positive demeanor. As the lead singer and songwriter, I'd also like to find someone who can sing with me, doing harmonies. A lead guitar who can sing would be ideal. These things take time to get used to, so patience and dedication are very important.
