LOOKING TO BREAK INTO THE CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION INDUSTRY? NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED; WE WILL TRAIN CANDIDATES WITH GREAT POTENTIAL! Palouse Homes is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Laborer, who will assist us in various aspects of our construction projects. Start Date is April 2022. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player who enjoys a changing work environment and contributes to positive work culture. This person is also an energetic and motivated self-starter who is not afraid to take on new challenges and strives for continuous improvement of themself and their work. Responsibilities: Inspect wiring, repair pipes, troubleshoot equipment, replace light bulbs and install new equipment Assisting with daily hands-on building/ remodeling of residential construction. General site clean up and maintenance while working and at the end of the workday Prep site by participating in demolitions, removing debris, unloading construction materials. Operate power tools safely and correctly Assist the Foreman and trade workers as required. Observe all safety procedures and regulatory requirements when working, including when working around moving mechanical equipment, in elevated places, and in various outdoor weather conditions Load and unload construction supplies and tools from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned.'
