cockatiel need a forever home

I have my “Bolt” that need a new home, unfortunately he is pet that I am not able to keep up with as they need alot of attention. Bolt is less than a year old, I believe he is a white face. I had him since he was about a week old I hand fed him. He isn’t tamed/trained but he doesn’t bite at all. I am asking for a rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home
