My regular plumber is on vacation and out of the country, so I'm looking for a plumber who can fix a leak at a rental property. I would prefer if you're L&I The leak is coming from the kitchen sink and it's leaking into the basement. I had a company out there last Thursday and they confirmed the line need to be updated by removing part of the copper line and the pcv. I've had this done before at other rentals but never heard the price they wanted to replace to lines. 1st pic is under the sink and the 2nd pic is from the basement Please send me your estimated price range in your 1st email just so I know what I'm potentially looking at.
