WHO ARE WE? We are a small, family-owned, cleaning business that specializes in move out cleans for single family rental homes. The quality we deliver is un-matched in the market, and our business is growing! We are looking to expand and hire “the right person” to join our team. Less experience is preferred! That’s right… We are looking for someone who is open to learning, and willing to be trained. We have specific systems, requirements, and techniques that we use to produce our quality product, and we have found that “experienced” house cleaners are not as willing to adapt and learn new ways. These are VACANT homes! No people, furniture, or pets in your way. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are ambitious, ready to learn, and ready to work! Quick Disclaimer: this is not sexy work. Some of our properties have been heavily neglected. Not all… but some. That said… a POSITIVE ATTITUDE is a must! COMMUNICATION is key. 99% of the time we are communicating via text and email. This includes scheduling, job progress, and Before / After photos. Due to the volume of work and time sensitive environment, we need to know that when we message you… you will respond. 😊 INTEGRITY is a must. What does this mean? This means that we can trust you will do the right thing, even when we are not looking. Our company is very busy because of the quality we promise to deliver. You will be required to deliver the same quality product. Every time. WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR US? We PAY TOP DOLLAR!!! Most cleaning companies pay a small hourly rate, or flat fee of $500 a week….. We pay you a minimum of $200 per house. When it is the busy season, making OVER $1,000 a week is not un heard of. ALSO… The work is pretty flexible. We do not require you to be on the job at an exact time, or even finish at an exact time. Occasional weekend work is not required, but available, and preferred. As long as the job gets done on the scheduled date is all that matters. You can even bring a helper! REQUIRMENTS You must have your own reliable transportation to get to the jobs. But you do NOT need to have your own equipment and supplies! We are willing to supply everything needed to the right person. We can either pay CASH or 10-99.
