There are no CL rules that say Rants and Raves can not be political. There is a left wing, nut job, socialist who thinks they are the god given editor of CL who lie to censor free speech, but they do not have the right to tell anyone where or what to post. But I will follow to this section if it makes you feel better. 1. You can not possibly use the words "democratic socialism" correctly because they can not exist together. You asked that I provide evidence to back my claims, I ask that you do the same. To say social security is "socialism" implies that social security is a form of government which it is clearly not. There is a big difference between a social program and a socialist style of government. Because the people do not own the means of production for social security, it could not possibly fit the definition of socialism. Having a shared few letters does make them the same. If anything, you might get away with calling it a communist program since it is completely controlled by the government, then distributed to the people as the government sees fit. But it would still not make social security a form of government, just a government program. 2. and 3. run together. Very interesting that you do what every left wing nut job does and assume that a person is a "trumpist" because they disagree with your opinion. You made the claim that everyone who supports President Trump is a white supremacist NAZI because a few white supremacists supported President Trump. You did not like the facts that I pointed to a far greater number of racist white supremacists, namely the KKK, who supported democrats and democrats openly supported them and even praised one of their high leaders at his funeral. You tried to deflect by bringing up a non relevant funeral for a non relevant politician. Our discussion was centered on your question about white supremacists and the proper designation of the term NAZI which refers to socialists, not President Trump or any of his supporters. I provided facts about the definition of the word NAZI, National Socialist German Workers' Party as well as giving you a link to Obama's records about the funeral for a known KKK leader. You can do your own research to see how both Byrd and Biden voted against legislation that would help minority people, but supported abortion which we know by factual numbers kills an overwhelming number of minority babies every single day. ("Get It! Got It! Good!") I do not understand how pointing out facts is "going off the rails" except that YOU think "going off the rails" encapsulates any idea that is not just like yours. 4. I look forward to your idea of "a good education". From your wording in your posts and your lack of evidence to support any of your claims, I have a feeling your idea of "a good education" will be more an INDOCTRINATION!
