This class will celebrate the Chinese New Year with some traditional dishes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
It's the year of the Tiger, and all chinese traditions in this class will revolve around food. We will cook and eat lucky foods to bring proserity in the new year. Gold Bar Spring Rolls, Longevity Dan Dan Noodles, and Potsticker Dumplings all symbolize different luck to those who make and eat them. This is a hands-on class, so seating is limited.
