Maintenance Supervisor for HOA
Sea Gate Association is a gated community with the hustle and bustle of Coney Island, Brooklyn. A peaceful beach community right on the edge of Brooklyn.
W are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with the following capabilities and experience:
- Ability to over see and schedule the daily operations for a staff of 8.
- Keep and Maintain a Daily Work Log and coordinate with Community Manager for Association needs.
- Inspect, manage and maintain Playgrounds and Beaches
- Manage DOT street signs & regulations
- Inspect, manage and maintain streets/Association sidewalks throughout the community ; including snow removal and winter operations
- Inspection of catch basins and sewers; scheduling of cleanings and necessary repairs
- Must have own vehicle and cell phone
- Must have 30hr General Industry standard certification
- Knowledge of general landscaping
- Must have basic knowledge of all general construction trades; including experience using and maintaining machines and power tool.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be available in case of an emergency. Staff works 7 days a week. Supervisor is on site M-F, and works remote *Sat and *Sun. (*In case of emergencies/need)

Starting Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
