Cleaning/Maintenance Crew Leader – We are a family-owned and locally operated company that has been providing quality property maintenance services for over 50 years. Cleaning/Maintenance Company seeking new employees. We are looking for a full-time crew leader. Valid driver’s license is necessary. Excellent time- management skills. Must be honest, reliable. Cleaners Responsibilities: clean common areas in condo and apartment buildings. Take trash / recycling barrels in/out for pick up. Perform other property maintenance tasks as requested (replace light bulbs, debris removal, etc). Snow removal work in the winter (drivers, laborers). Standard work shift is 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday.
