We have created the space; you make the time. Join us beneath the rising sun to celebrate the Winter Solstice. Hey Birdie is honored to present this unique rooftop gathering at Espadin with some truly magical instructors including Keri Bergeron, Brianna Carey, Sara Cook and Dana Hanizeski. We invite you to embrace this special time of year and create an intentional pause to connect + celebrate the changing of the seasons. We will journey through 108 sun saluations and conclude with a ceremonial sound bowl meditation with Marianne Moses from Ritual Brass. This is a DONATION-BASED event with 100% of the proceeds going to The Loveland Foundation. Please donate here prior to the event. Space is limited to 25 people. Registration required to attend. Please bring your own mat, props, and dress accordingly for this OUTDOOR experience.
