Come join us and be encouraged, inspired and challenged by Pastor Choco, as he shares at the Conference and luncheon. Pastor Choco has a heart to reach even the most marginalized with the Gospel and the saving power of Jesus Christ. In April 2013, he was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world and recognized for his leadership and influence within the Evangelical and Latino community, to the Glory of God. Fairview Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580 The Hope Day Network Pastors' Luncheon is open to Lead Pastors and One Guest. There is limited availability for the lunch - first come, first serve. Wilfredo “Choco” De Jesus served in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago as Lead Pastor of New Life Covenant Church for over 19 years (2000-2019). The church has seen a tremendous amount of growth and influence through the planting of multi-site campuses, effective urban and community outreach, and through world missions. Today, Pastor Choco serves as the General Treasurer of the Assemblies of God. A pentecostal denomination serving 13,017 churches in the U.S., with over 3 million members and adherents and with more than 69 million members worldwide. Pastor Choco has a heart to reach even the most marginalized with the Gospel and the saving power of Jesus Christ. In April 2013, he was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world and recognized for his leadership and influence within the Evangelical and Latino community, to the Glory of God. Pastor Choco is also the author of five books: Amazing Faith, In the Gap, Stay the Course, Move Into More and Love Them Anyway. In December of 2018, he graduated with his doctorate from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. He and his wife Elizabeth have three adult children and five pretty amazing grandchildren. Pastor Steven Milazzo is the Lead Pastor of Bethlehem Assembly of God in Valley Stream, New York. Bethlehem Assembly of God is a Multi-ethnic church that is comprised of individuals who come from 52 plus nations around the world. Bethlehem Assembly supports over 100 missions works and ministries here and in other parts of the world. Pastor Steve has helped plant churches, revitalize struggling churches and mentor leaders for greater potential in their lives and ministries. Pastor Steven Milazzo is also the Founder and President of Hope Day Network, a ministry that connects churches, organizations and ministries to their communities through one day outreaches and ongoing training. In the last several years, Hope Day has reached and served well over 100,000 people and trained countless churches in outreach and discipleship. Pastor Steven Milazzo has been married to his beautiful wife, Lisa for 38 years and has three daughters, two sons-in-law and three grandchildren. Ron serves as the Senior Director of the Hope Education Network at Convoy of Hope, a faith-based, nonprofit organization that leads humanitarian initiatives across the United States and around the world. Through Convoy of Hope, families receive supplies and resources through community outreaches, international children’s feeding programs, job training for mothers, agriculture initiatives, and disaster relief. As the Senior Director, Ron oversees the development and implementation of Convoy of Hope’s vocational training materials for churches, businesses, and organizations around the world. Since beginning with Convoy of Hope in 2005 Ron has helped to direct and train outreach teams in over 150 cities across the U.S. and around the world. Having a strong vision for community transformation, he has focused his efforts on developing curriculum and resources to help Churches reach their communities in sustainable ways. Before coming to Convoy of Hope in 2005, Ron, an ordained minister, served for 8 years as a senior pastor in New York. He attended Zion Bible College, where he received his credentials to preach and he graduated with an M.A. in Missiology from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. Currently he lives in Springfield, Missouri with His wife Sue and not far from his daughter Tiffany, son-in-law Miles, and granddaughter Amelia.
